Worldwide, free, from our Zürich warehouse. EU and UK orders arrive in two to four working days; everywhere else in five to nine, duties included.

Every order ships within 48 hours of being placed. Transit time depends on destination — see above.

Check your spam folder first — shipping confirmations sometimes land there. If it's been more than 48 hours since you ordered, contact us and we'll look it up directly.

Carriers occasionally mark a parcel delivered a little early. Give it 24 hours, check with neighbours, and if it still hasn't turned up, contact us — we'll sort it.

Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or missing item at no cost, no return required.
